The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited without notice.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must keep this information current and promptly update your Account if any registered details change. ant888 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact ant888 support immediately via the contact details in Section 17.
4.4 Account Currency
Accounts on the ant888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, in which case USDT TRC20 or equivalent values will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
ant888 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") on all registered players prior to the processing of withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, at the time of registration or during the account lifecycle.

5.3 Refusal of Verification
If a Player refuses to provide KYC documentation, or if the documents provided cannot be verified to ant888's satisfaction, ant888 reserves the right to restrict the Player's Account, suspend withdrawal access, or close the Account in accordance with Section 11.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ant888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and the current accepted methods are displayed on the Platform's Deposit page.
6.2 Minimum Deposits
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. As a general reference, the minimum deposit for most Malaysian payment methods is RM50. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are denominated in USDT and may vary based on network conditions.
6.3 Deposit Processing
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are generally credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow are typically credited within 5 to 10 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. ant888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion.
6.4 Deposit Restrictions
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. ant888 reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment methods where ownership cannot be confirmed.
6.5 Currency
All deposits are processed and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For USDT TRC20 and other cryptocurrency deposits, the conversion rate applied will be the rate displayed on the Platform at the time the deposit is initiated. ant888 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Players must complete KYC verification as described in Section 5 before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests from Players with incomplete or pending KYC will be placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.
7.2 Processing Times
ant888 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and may be subject to delays during peak periods, additional security reviews, or third-party processing constraints. ant888 does not guarantee specific processing times.
7.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions
Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ant888 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed via a specific method for security, regulatory, or operational reasons. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Player are prohibited.
7.4 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's Withdrawal page and are subject to change. Players should review current limits at the time of their withdrawal request. Limits may differ by payment method.
7.5 Bonus Funds
Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements (as set out in the applicable bonus terms and Section 8) are eligible for withdrawal. ant888 reserves the right to void winnings generated from bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been fully met prior to a withdrawal request.
8.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by ant888 are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion ("Promotion-Specific Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Promotion-Specific Terms, the Promotion-Specific Terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion.
8.2 One Bonus Per Household
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. ant888 uses technical and manual controls to detect abuse of bonus offers. Any attempt to claim the same promotional offer more than once — including through multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account closure.
8.3 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM3,500 in qualifying bets). The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed clearly in the Promotion-Specific Terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are set out in the Promotion-Specific Terms.
8.4 Expiry of Bonuses
Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the Promotion-Specific Terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Player's Account automatically.
8.5 ant888 Discretion
ant888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus prior to any modification will generally be permitted to complete the existing wagering requirements under the original terms, subject to ant888's assessment. ant888 also reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that the bonus was obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of a technical error, or any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
9.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on the ant888 Platform are subject to acceptance by ant888. A bet is only confirmed and binding once the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that appear in your bet history as "Pending Confirmation" or where a system error has prevented confirmation are not binding on ant888.
9.2 Odds and Market Errors
In the event that an obviously incorrect price or odds figure is published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, ant888 reserves the right to void bets placed on such markets at the erroneous price. ant888 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their Accounts suspended under Section 10.
9.3 Sports Betting — Void and Cancelled Events
Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or otherwise does not result in a determinable outcome, bets on affected markets will generally be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. Specific rules for each sport are available on the Platform. For Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, and other covered markets, the applicable rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
9.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games
Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical processes conducted by the live dealer in real time. ant888 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
9.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. ant888 reserves the right to adjust individual Player stake limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ant888 Platform. Breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
11.1 Suspension by ant888
ant888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity; (d) KYC or AML requirements cannot be satisfactorily met; or (e) responsible gambling considerations require intervention.
11.2 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting ant888 support. Where an Account is closed by player request and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations apply, any verified remaining balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.
11.3 Self-Exclusion
Players may request a self-exclusion period — temporarily or permanently — as part of ant888's Responsible Gambling programme. Self-excluded accounts will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period. See Section 12 and the Responsible Gambling page for details.
11.4 Balance Forfeiture
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and winnings attributable to bonus play will be forfeited. Verified deposited funds may be returned at ant888's discretion after deducting any amounts owed to ant888, subject to AML review and applicable regulatory requirements.

ant888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect access to the Platform. ant888 will make reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ant888's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Where ant888 is found to be liable to you under these Terms, liability shall be limited to the amount of your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arose, or such lesser sum as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ant888 is incorporated and licensed to operate online gaming services.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
